Taryn's First day of School

It was Taryn's first day of school and she was excited.  I was excited for her too.  We now say good bye to the days of sleeping in.  Taryn came home very giddy telling me all about everything that she did.  Of course her favorite thing was recess and good thing because she gets two of them. 

Darek TMNT Party

Darek just celebrated his 4th birthday.  For the longest time I thought we were going to do a Star Wars party but then Darek was introduced to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  I think he had the best day ever at the park with his friends.  Thank you to our friends and family for helping us make Darek's Birthday special.

Since last post

So we have had a great few months since the last post. Tara and I were up until midnight grinding venison burger. Our freezers are full. Christmas has come and gone. Tara was mad that she did not get a new car but that is the way it goes.  We did have a great time and the kids got plenty of toys. After Christmas came Taryn's birthday and Grandma Holly came to town. Both her and Paul took Taryn to Disneyworld. She had a great time and she was well behaved. She did not cry "because it is fun there and it is easy to be good when it is fun". And just today Caleb decided to walk with his new Christmas walker.
